Crovantia Timeless provides the authenticity guarantee below for watches purchased from our store. This guarantee explains the remedy available if a purchased watch is shown not to be authentic.

If a watch purchased from Crovantia Timeless is proven not to be authentic, the customer is entitled to a full refund. Claims require the original proof of purchase and a written assessment from a recognized independent watch expert or the relevant manufacturer. We reserve the right to conduct our own inspection before approving a claim.

Pre-Owned Watches, Boxes and Papers

We buy pre-owned watches from individuals and local sellers. Original boxes and manufacturer papers are included only when stated in the individual product listing. Please ask about the documentation available for a specific watch before ordering.

Brand References and Warranty

Brand and model names identify the watches described. Their use does not imply that Crovantia Timeless is affiliated with a manufacturer or is an authorized dealer. The three-year limited warranty offered by Crovantia Timeless is our retailer warranty; a manufacturer warranty is included only when expressly stated for an individual watch.
