30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. Contact support@crovantia.com before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may be delayed.
Return Eligibility
The watch must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, together with all included boxes, papers, tags, accessories, and documentation. Items showing new damage, alteration, sizing, unauthorized servicing, or missing components may not qualify for a full refund except where required by law.
Free Return Shipping
Crovantia Timeless pays the return shipping cost for approved United States returns. We will provide secure return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid shipping label. There is no restocking fee.
Inspection and Refunds
Returned watches are inspected to verify identity, condition, and completeness. Once a return is approved, the refund is initiated within three business days to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from the item ordered. Preserve all packaging and photographs so we can assist.
