Crovantia Timeless provides a three-year limited warranty beginning on the date of delivery. The warranty covers mechanical defects and failures that occur during normal use.
What Is Covered
- Mechanical movement defects
- Internal component failures under normal use
- Repairs reasonably required to restore covered mechanical operation
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and aging
- Cosmetic wear, scratches, dents, crystal, bezel, strap, or bracelet damage
- Accident, impact, misuse, neglect, theft, or loss
- Water or moisture damage beyond the manufacturer’s stated water-resistance rating
- Damage caused by unauthorized repair, alteration, or opening of the watch
